All mechanical tasks are carried out under accredited QA/QC oversight.

Our machine shop houses small, medium and large boring and lathe machines, along with grinders, mills, slotters, drills, balancers, presses, band-saws and sharpeners. Heat-treatment facilities include furnaces for de-metalling, electric baths and tilting.

A separate workshop handles rudder-and-propeller repairs. We also overhaul turbochargers, governors, fuel systems, hydraulic gear, white-metal bearings and chock fastenings, using our own team and vetted specialised contractors.

Portable and in-situ machines enable us to complete work on board when required.
